Return Policies

Shipping Criteria

  • All orders are prepared for shipment within 48 hours after they are placed.
  • All orders are shipped within 2 business days after they are placed.
  • All shipments are delivered by the United States Postal Service.
  • Shipped orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days. If you would like a rush order, please contact us and we will apply any additional shipping fees.
  • Store Pickup or Delivery options are available for Tulsa area customers only. If you would like your order picked up or delivered, please choose "Pickup" on your checkout.

Returns & Exchanges Criteria

  • All return/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • Items marked as "on sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance, flash sale items, and earrings are final sale.
  • Gifts may be returned for store credit only.
  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, etc.).

Returns & Exchanges Details

  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt of the package.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For US orders only, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping. Your new exchange order’s standard shipping fee will be refunded when we process your return package.

Terms & Conditions

  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 50% restocking fee.
  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package, as The Threaded Fox is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

How to Make a Return

How to Make an Exchange

  • Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for an exchange. If you would like to exchange a gift you received, please follow the return instructions above for store credit.
  • Place a new order online for your exchange items.
  • Contact us through our Online Contact Form and note your new exchange order number.
  • Address your package to: The Threaded Fox

Rules for Sales & Promotional Codes

  • Promotional codes are limited to one per order.
  • Due to Paypal order policy, we cannot offer 100% discounts. If you have received a 100% discount code, you will receive a 99% discount through the cart and the remaining balance will be refunded with the delivery of your order.
  • Promotional codes do not apply to any items marked as "on sale".
  • Items listed as "on sale" are non-exchangable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
  • Unused promotional codes expire after 120 days.
